I recently got engaged to the love of my life, and with that I want to share what love means to me and what role my partner in life plays in that.

Her name is Alexa, and she is the most wonderful woman in the world. We met a few years ago and since the first time I saw her I was always mesmerized by her beauty and her soul. Before I met Alexa I always had an idea of what love is or at least I thought I did, but I never felt it (or understood it fully). Love is such a puzzle, one with 2 pieces and one of the pieces just fell on the floor and you can’t find it. But when you do, you go “ahhh! Found it” and your face lights up with joy. Alexa’s half of the whole is built on a foundation of deep compassion and caring and communication. Her soul is kind, warm and welcoming, and is awe inspiring.

Since I have been with Alexa, I found out what love is, which is what propelled me to getting down on one knee and creating a forever bond with her that we will cherish the rest of our lives. Love, to me, is the smile that grows on my face the second she walks through the door. Love is the warm bubbly feeling I get inside of my heart when she kisses me goodbye. Love is the force that brings us together in the kitchen to dance to our favorite song over and over again.

I highly encourage everyone to get them an Alexa. Not the Amazon device but someone who you can be yourself around and who brings out the best in you, who lives to love and loves to live. I can’t imagine a life as fulfilling as the one that I have sharing my time with the one I love, Alexa and I am so thankful I found someone who completes my puzzle.
